  • Your selected apps for locking/unlocking,
  • Your local usage statistics, and
  • Your personal PIN code

 

— is stored only on your device and never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

 

Deleting the App permanently removes all data. If you delete the app, you will need a partner QR code to use the app again.

4. Technical Data and Analytics

The App uses limited, anonymous analytics to understand general usage patterns and app performance.

These analytics do not contain any personally identifiable information (PII) and are used solely to improve the user experience.

  • Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Plausible Analytics
  • Sentry (for crash reporting)

 

Each service collects aggregated and anonymized technical data such as:

All such data is handled under their respective privacy policies and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. App Permissions and Functionality

The App requires certain system permissions to function properly:

 

  • NFC (Read-Only): to read NFC tags and trigger app actions.
  • Screen Time / Usage Stats (Apple/Google): to enable locking/unlocking of selected apps.
  • Internet Access: required only during the initial setup to download partner-specific content (images, text). After setup, the App functions offline.

 

All permissions are handled through your device's operating system, and you may revoke them at any time in your device settings.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

The App does not share, sell, or transmit any data to CNJ d.o.o., i4 d.o.o., or any corporate client.

 

Corporate partners may receive only generic aggregated insights (e.g., total activation counts), never individual usage data.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

All data exists locally on your device.You can permanently delete all stored data by uninstalling the App.We do not maintain any backups or copies of your data.

8. Legal Basis for Processing

Where analytics or crash reporting tools are used, data processing is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in maintaining and improving the App's functionality and stability.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for use by adults in professional or corporate contexts.It is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Third-party services such as Firebase or Sentry may process anonymized data on servers located outside the European Union.

These providers are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure adequate data protection.
